A chamber opera-in-development, Love / Hate was commissioned by the ODC Theater Director's Fund & American Opera Projects. It's slated to premiere in San Francisco as part of the events celebrating the opening of the newly renovated ODC Theatre in the Mission District. Love / Hate was developed during the 2007-08 season of AOP's Composers & the Voice program and was first performed on a “6 Scenes” concert in Oct. 2008 at South Oxford Space.
